Purchasing and Payment
Order confirmation is processed after payment or signing of the agreement. Prices include the cost of devices only unless otherwise stated. Delivery time is determined based on device availability and agreement with the client.
Usage and Responsibility
Devices must be used according to CODE WAY’s instructions. The company is not responsible for any illegal usage. All intellectual property rights are reserved, and reselling of systems is prohibited without official authorization.
Installation and Technical Support
CODE WAY provides installation and activation services. A suitable environment (electricity and internet) is required for installation. Technical support is available during the warranty period and afterward with service-based fees.
Privacy and Data Security
CODE WAY is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of customer information and does not share data with any external parties. Data is used solely to improve service and user experience.
Applicable Law
All transactions and agreements are governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes will be resolved through the competent judicial authorities.
