  • Return and Exchange Policy

    If you wish to return or exchange a product, please contact us via WhatsApp Customer Service.

    • If the product arrives damaged or has a defect upon first use, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. CODE WAY will cover the shipping costs and replace the product only (returns are not included). If the product is found to be functional and free of defects, the customer will bear the round-trip shipping costs.

    • If a malfunction occurs during the warranty period after usage, the device must be returned for inspection and maintenance within a period ranging from two to three weeks (14–22 days). If the issue cannot be resolved, the device will be replaced with a new one of the same type. If the same model is unavailable, the customer will have the option to choose a replacement product or receive a voucher of equal value for future use on our website.

    • After the maintenance or replacement process is completed, the product will be shipped at the customer’s expense.
